Shipping

• Shipping and handling prices vary by weight, so please call for an estimate.
• All animals are shipped directly to your door and Delta is used for Airport pick-up.
• Live arrival can only be guaranteed when temperatures in route are between 40-80° F.
• We are NOT responsible for carrier delays.
• Claims due to carrier error are to be handled by the carrier, and are not the responsibility of Cold Blooded Pets.

Guarantee

• We guarantee all of our animals for a live arrival.
• Notification of dissatisfaction must be made within 4 hours after receipt of shipment.
• Customer Must be home to sign for all animal packages or all guarantees are Null and Void!
• Any DOA (dead on arrival) animals must be kept (in the freezer) until otherwise notified.
